filament activation triggers a second one in the same active region. It is interesting to see the complex connectivity of the field lines and the twisted or wave patern of the magnetic field lines on the north-east of the second eruption.

2015-04-22T00:00:07 --> 2015-04-22T07:24:07
Reconfiguration of the corona over DC, with ribbon-like structures as if an eruption occurs, but no sign of it, followed by overarching cooling coronal loops.

2015-04-12T22:15:35 --> 2015-04-13T01:15:35
The eruption from AR 12320, associated with a C6.4 flare, involved an S-shaped structure. Its coronal response is well captured in 211 A images. Right after the passage of the front, the filament to the north of the active region started to erupt.

2015-04-12T09:07:11 --> 2015-04-12T09:59:59
The eruption was seen primarily southward, with an indication of rapid quasi-periodic oscillations (in difference images). The disturbance also went to the radial direction, also causing large-scale loops to oscillate.

A very long filament appears to end near the trailing side of an AR, but them some of its plasma flows over that region towards its leading spot, suggestive of flowing over a dome of connectivity.

See https://twitter.com/halocme/status/564312095663984640. The region hosting this eruption should have been behind the limb, given that no low-altitude flare emission is seen. The overlying corona is seen to open up and dim ahead of the erupting prominence. This is associated with a decent CME.
