2011-06-01T02:25:20 --> 2011-06-01T04:24:44
It is hard to tell which part of the filament erupted. The eruption accompanied an EUV wave.

2011-06-01T02:25:20 --> 2011-06-01T04:24:44
This does not look like a classic filament eruption.

2011-06-01T02:25:12 --> 2011-06-01T04:24:36
Despite a simple GOES X-ray time profile, this C2.6 flare is complex. The eruption seems to have started at AR11228 in the northern hemisphere, immediately followed by a bigger one at AR 11227. The EUV wave from AR 11127 appears to be deflected westward when it meets another wave or erupting loops from AR 11128.

2011-06-01T15:39:58 --> 2011-06-01T18:39:58
The wave is seen reflected or broken when it hit active regions to the north (especially AR 11229).

2011-06-01T15:40:04 --> 2011-06-01T17:59:52
Mostly northward. This event seems to have both coronal dimming and coronal wave, to be annotated separately.

2011-05-28T14:30:02 --> 2011-05-28T16:58:50
A filament seems to break up and part of it erupted.

2011-05-28T16:30:02 --> 2011-05-28T23:00:02
Material is injected at the footpoints. Some moves into other footpoints, and some moves back. Motions may trace the filament magnetic field.

2011-05-28T00:00:02 --> 2011-05-28T11:00:02
Jet-like activity repeated, but most of the time the material seemed to come back. In 171 A and 193 A, the motion was more like a bullet.

2011-05-29T14:30:02 --> 2011-05-29T15:30:02
Small eruption in the northwestern part of the box probably accounts for counterclockwise motions on the limb (~5 min time difference).

I cannot classify this, but motions associated with a filament. Not quite a filament eruption.

2011-05-29T19:44:57 --> 2011-05-29T22:44:21
Again, no clear "plasmoid" ejection, but the eruption started on a large scale. Note that the source region is AR 11227.

2011-05-29T09:44:57 --> 2011-05-29T12:44:21
This M1.4 flare is associated with a real CME observed by LASCO. The main difference of this flare from the previous four non-eruptive flares is that the outward motion started on a larger scale than a plasmoit just above the future post flare loops.

2011-05-28T20:44:57 --> 2011-05-28T23:58:45
Fourth major flare from AR 11226 that looks quite ejective in EUV images, but has no heliospheric impact.

2011-05-28T09:59:57 --> 2011-05-28T12:29:21
Looks ejective, but this C5.3 flare is not associated with a CME. Again, the downflows in 335 A images are quite impressive.

2011-05-28T07:59:57 --> 2011-05-28T09:59:21
Similar to the C8.3 flare peaking at 03:31. Something was ejected but did not escape to the heliosphere. Look for downflows, most noticeably at 335 A.

C8.3 flare. Looks quite ejective with what some may call a plasmoid ejection. But no CME.
