2012-12-30T05:45:35 --> 2012-12-30T06:45:35
The eruption originates in a quiescent region around E90 (STB information), and it is associated with a narrow but bright CME. Patches of the prominence material are seen to brighten as it erupts.

2012-12-30T01:00:03 --> 2012-12-30T02:30:03
Another jet from the north pole, accompanying dynamic motions at the footpoint.

2012-12-29T23:20:23 --> 2012-12-30T01:31:11
The eruption contains untwisting motions. The front is seen to form ahead of the prominence eruption. How does the linear structure in the prominence develop?

2012-12-29T22:50:23 --> 2012-12-30T00:10:23
It appears that the outward motion passes the edge of the AIA FOV, but there is hardly an associated CME. The source region should be on the far side, but even with STB data it is hard to identify the region.

2012-12-29T14:15:35 --> 2012-12-29T15:25:35
The jet is very diffuse, but associated with dark material ejected from the footpoint and falling back.

2012-12-29T09:30:35 --> 2012-12-29T10:30:35
The foot-point brightening is clearly observed in association with the jet.

2012-12-29T19:15:00 --> 2012-12-29T20:00:00
This flare is apparently non-eruptive, but higher loops brighten at later times. More than one set of loops are involved.

2012-12-28T17:00:03 --> 2012-12-29T01:00:03
The filament generally moves to higher altitudes with turbulent motions, but the corona at 171 A and 211 A does not show corresponding changes.

2012-12-28T10:20:23 --> 2012-12-28T11:20:23
There are only mild changes high in the corona, but a narrow CME is observed by LASCO at 11:27. Is the tiny filament eruption (encircled) responsible for the CME?

2012-12-28T03:00:03 --> 2012-12-28T04:59:27
The eruption itself is minor (although with a bright and narrow CME). At 171 A, some low-lting loops are seen to oscillate at the time of the eruption.

2012-12-28T07:00:03 --> 2012-12-28T08:30:03
The dimming is associated with a minor eruption from a region just behind the limb. It is barely a CME.

2012-12-27T19:30:35 --> 2012-12-27T22:00:35
A filament extends to the bottom of the images in this movie. It is not clear whether it erupted, but a minor two-ribbon flare is seen only under it northern part.

2012-12-27T05:20:23 --> 2012-12-27T05:50:23
This jet may follow open filed structure. But no type III burst is observed around the time of the jet.

2012-12-27T00:45:00 --> 2012-12-27T01:24:36
Fast bullet-like ejecta with heating of a small loop, reminiscent of emerging-flux models for jets. The ejection seems to decelerate probably tracing tall closed loops.

2012-12-24T17:36:03 --> 2012-12-24T23:40:03
An eruption from a medium-sized AR connects to QS northward of it, and also less obviously to a region trailing to the NE. This event has many similarities to an eruption from this region on 2012/12/23.

2012-12-23T20:56:35 --> 2012-12-23T21:56:35
An off-limb eruption (SE) initiating from behind the disk generates thin bright emission patterns as the eruption takes off.

2012-12-21T06:00:03 --> 2012-12-21T06:56:03
This minor eruption is otherwise unremarkable, except that this is the only phenomena the Sun has produced at least close to the disk center in the so-called end of the world day. So this is about as close to the catastrophe as we will ever get. Sorry, guys.

Faint filament eruption on the NE limb. There is a contemporary darkening in the loops of the AR right to the S of the highlighted region.

2012-12-10T10:00:03 --> 2012-12-10T19:00:03
Two filament eruptions occurring on the southeast limb within 2 hours or each other; some would suggest that these are somehow causally related
