2014-06-11T20:30:35 --> 2014-06-11T21:40:11
Like the previous X2.2, M3.1 and X1.0 flares (not the X1.5, which was special in terms of a powerful eruption), this flare was associated with a minor eruption and loop oscillations at higher altitudes. The eruption looks falling back, but at least an unimpressive CME has resulted from it.

2014-06-11T07:50:23 --> 2014-06-11T09:59:59
Like the previous day's successive flares (X2.2 then X1.5), the first one showed a compact ejection. But unlike the previous day's events, the second flare, although more intense in X-rays, was not more dramatic than the first one. Both flares accompanied loop oscillations.

2014-06-10T11:30:35 --> 2014-06-10T13:59:23
The first flare, at X2.2, showed a compact ejection. The second flare, at X1.5, was much more eruptive, associated with large-scale disturbances. Close to the flare region, coronal dimming and loop oscillations associated with the X1.5 flare are clear even in intensity images.

2014-06-10T10:55:11 --> 2014-06-10T11:55:11
We often see the erupted material fall back in 304 A, but not at coronal temperatures like this.

2014-06-10T05:00:03 --> 2014-06-10T05:45:39
This jet started at the western periphery of an active region. It seems that the reconnection processes involved field lines into the umbra (to northeast).

2014-06-09T17:00:03 --> 2014-06-09T17:39:39
This flare at AR 10287 looks spiky in GOES X-ray light curves. But it was responsible for loop oscillations and a slow eruption. As a result, a narrow CME was seen in LASCO data.

2014-06-09T07:10:12 --> 2014-06-09T07:40:12
This flare in AR 12080 accompanied a surge-like ejection toward southwest. Note that the remote area in that direction brightened. It is not clear the brightening in the loop structure to the east was induced by the flare.

2014-05-30T23:30:35 --> 2014-05-31T04:00:35
This eruption suggests out of the plane-of-the-sky motions, which also contain untwisting. A narrow CME seems to be associated with this eruption.

2014-05-30T05:00:03 --> 2014-05-30T09:32:03
Following the motions from one leg to another, part of the prominence is seen to erupt. It is perhaps confined since no CME is associated.

2014-05-29T21:00:35 --> 2014-05-30T05:00:35
While motions are seen from one leg to another of the prominence, there is an indication that some material is ejected outward. No CME is associated, however.

2014-05-29T22:20:24 --> 2014-05-30T00:20:24
Part of the eruption is seen as a diffuse structure moving to southeast. Hot post-flare loops connect separating flare ribbons. The flare was at a B4.7 (B2 after background subtraction) level.

2014-05-29T08:30:35 --> 2014-05-29T10:16:11
The coronal structure was disturbed by an eruption that occurred at a region 25 degrees behind the limb. Difference images (not shown) reveal both a wave-like component and the eruption itself.

Large, explosive filament eruption on east limb that led to a CME visible in LASCO.
