This LCPF was from an eruption in a quiescent region. No GOES X-ray flare was associated. No CME was detected either, partly because of the proximity of the eruption to the disk center.

Coronal dimming suggesting a slow rising motion of coronal structures long preceded the eruptive C1.1 flare from AR 12524. As was expected from these EUV images, the associated CME was largely seen toward north.
