Although it is hard to trace the origin of the filament, its eruption is well captured by AIA (especially in the 171 A channel), which indicated that the concave flux-rope structure formed on the fly.

Another example of cool mini-filament material being involved in a jet. The jet trajectory bends toward the equator, possibly reflecting the large-scale coronal field around the origin of the jet.
