Description: Solar activity continues at a high level. NOAA 13664 produced numerous M- and X-class flares over the last 24 hours, the largest being an X2.3 at 08:45 UT today. NOAA 13664 has grown substantially in area, reaching 1200 ?h, and has a substantial associated flux. The Major Flare Watch will continue with NOAA 13664 as the target region. Further M-class activity is expected, with a good chance for additional >M5 flares in the next 24-48 hours. The position of NOAA 13664 on 09-May-2024 at 11:30 UT is: S19W31, (464",-265")
