Description: Hinode continues to track NOAA AR10940 on 2/1-2/2. SOT will run an FG program of G-band, Ca H, and Stokes IV 4kx4k, 2x2 summed frames at 90 second cadence (new FG12) for most of the day with some periods of a lower cadence version (FG6). Our aim to to cover both the leading sunspot of the region and the associated filament, which has shifted position to the east of the spot.
