SOTSP: Coronal hole observations
2007-01-26T14:53:30 to 2007-01-26T15:09:39
Science Goal: Coronal hole observations
Program: fast map half ht 82"
Target: Coronal Hole
xcen=-235 ycen=-212
Instrument: SOTSP
HOP/JOP: 0
Description: Hinode will spend 6 hours at the start of the operations period on Friday, 1/26 looking at the coronal hole that will be just south of disk center. SOT will run an FG moderate cadence program 2Kx2K, 2x2 summed in G band, CaH, and shuttered Stokes IV along side repeated half height 82 arcsec SP fast maps. Following the second synoptic period of the day, Hinode will repoint to an active region just coming over the east limb. FG Ca H high cadence 1Kx1K takes most of the telemetry during this time (the same program being run on the west limb AR on 1/25, centered) but we did fit in one SP fast map of the AR.
