Description: The SOT plan for Thursday (from 1/25, 10UT) and Friday (to 1/26, 10UT) is to continue watching NOAA AR10939 as it crosses the west limb of the Sun. We continue (as today) the medium cadence Gband and Ca H movies along with 512x512 SP normal maps punctuated by synoptics and an FG fine focus. Focus is kept at position 3 during AR obs and position 9 during the Sun center synoptic times. Following the 1/26 00:30 UT pointing change, we switch to a high cadence Ca H, 1Kx1K field of view program centered on the active region to watch the limb crossing.
