Shine, 2/11/99 COMMENTS:there are some telemetry tests today using a lower rate for the15 and 16 UT downlinksAR 8458 is targeted in the early part of the day to look forflows in the long loops connecting to AR 8557 and sunspotoscillations in a large spot. A 3 orbit map of the trans eqloops done from 10 -15 UT. After that we come into the obs. timesfor SPO/BBSO and AR 8457 is targeted as the most likely to flarebased on the complexity of the loop system.
